Liverpool Hen Parties is a trading name operated by Joan Liggett, Sole Trader, Liverpool, United Kingdom. By using our website and booking our packages, accommodation, or activities, you (the "Lead Booker") and all members of your group agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to confirming your booking.
01 BOOKING CONFIRMATION & £20 HOLDING DEPOSIT
- An initial £20 holding deposit secures your provisional party dates and reservation. This holding deposit is non-refundable and will be credited in full towards your total package price.
- All bookings are subject to availability and formal written confirmation by Liverpool Hen Parties.
- The main per-person booking deposit (as specified in your bespoke package quote) is due within 7 days of provisional reservation to lock in accommodation and activity providers.
02 PAYMENT SCHEDULE & FINAL BALANCE DEADLINE
- The final remaining balance for your entire group booking is strictly due no later than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to your arrival date.
- Payments may be made securely online via UK Debit/Credit Card or PayPal invoice.
- Failure to clear the final balance by the 4-week deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of all deposits paid, and release of your accommodation and activity slots.
03 GROUP SIZE AMENDMENTS & NUMBERS
- We understand hen party numbers can fluctuate. Group size amendments may be requested without penalty up to 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival, subject to minimum accommodation occupancy requirements.
- Requests to increase group numbers are subject to venue and apartment capacity availability and will be confirmed at the current package rate.
- Reductions in group size made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival cannot be refunded, as supplier schedules, room allocations, and staffing are contracted in advance.
04 CANCELLATION POLICY & 3-TIER REFUND SCHEDULE
- If you need to cancel your booking, the Lead Booker must notify us immediately in writing via email to info@liverpoolhenparty.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect from the date written notice is received.
- Cancellations are governed by the following 3-tier schedule:
- More than 42 days (6+ weeks) prior to arrival: Loss of initial deposit only. Any additional balance payments made in advance will be refunded in full.
- Between 42 days and 28 days (4 to 6 weeks) prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value is retained to cover committed supplier and venue costs. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
- Less than 28 days (under 4 weeks) prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking value is retained. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- We strongly advise all group members to obtain comprehensive individual travel and cancellation insurance to cover unexpected illness, personal emergencies, or unforeseen transport disruption.
05 ACCOMMODATION SECURITY & DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- For all self-catering apartments and party pads, a refundable security / good behaviour deposit is required (typically £50 per guest or £250–£500 per apartment, depending on property size).
- This deposit is pre-authorised on a credit or debit card prior to or upon check-in by the accommodation property management.
- Subject to a clear post-stay inspection confirming no physical damage, missing inventory, excessive mess requiring specialist cleaning, or noise disturbance fines, the pre-authorisation is released within 3–5 working days following checkout.
- The Lead Booker accepts joint and several liability for any damages or repair costs exceeding the deposit value caused by any member of the group.
06 NOISE, ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR & VENUE RULES
- Our premier apartments and party pads are located in vibrant, mixed-use central Liverpool buildings. Guests must respect local residents and building neighbours at all times.
- Strict quiet hours apply in communal stairwells, hallways, and outdoor courtyards between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Apartment management, venue security, and activity operators reserve the right to refuse entry or immediately evict any party without refund if guests engage in abusive, aggressive, illegal, or anti-social behaviour.
- All guests must carry valid physical photographic identification (Passport or UK Photo Driving Licence) for nightlife venue entry and compliance with Challenge 25 regulations.
07 COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE & WEEKEND ON-CALL TEAM
- In the unlikely event that you experience any difficulty during your weekend with your accommodation, transport, or activity, you must report it immediately to our on-call team via telephone at 0151 272 0001 or WhatsApp at +44 7775 460348.
- Immediate notification allows us to intervene in real-time, investigate, and rectify any issues on the spot so your party proceeds smoothly.
- Retrospective complaints or refund claims raised after departure will not be considered if we were not notified during the event and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
- Formal written correspondence regarding completed bookings must be submitted within 7 days of departure to info@liverpoolhenparty.co.uk.
08 AGENCY STATUS & THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
- Liverpool Hen Parties acts as an event organiser and booking agent connecting customers with vetted third-party accommodation owners, transport providers, workshop facilitators, and hospitality venues.
- Each supplier operates under their own operating licenses, health and safety policies, and specific terms of service, which you and your group agree to adhere to.
- While we carefully select top-rated partners, Liverpool Hen Parties cannot accept liability for personal injury, illness, delay, or property loss caused by independent third-party operators, except where mandated by English law.
- Our total liability under any claim arising from a booking shall strictly not exceed the total cost of the package paid to Liverpool Hen Parties.
09 FORCE MAJEURE
- We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where our contractual obligations are prevented or delayed by events of Force Majeure (including extreme adverse weather, government restrictions, industrial disputes, major transport network failure, or emergency venue closure).
- In such rare circumstances, we will use all reasonable endeavours to arrange suitable alternative activities or reschedule your party date.
